IPA CIS international observers met with NGO Observers of St. Petersburg

As part of the ongoing mission to observe the elections to the State Douma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, IPA CIS observers met with the representatives of the NGO Observers of St. Petersburg on 30 August 2016. During the meeting Director of IIMDD IPA CIS Dmitry Gladey shared on the history of election monitoring performed by the IPA CIS and noted specific monitoring procedures used by observer teams. The parties agreed to share experience by telephone on the E-Day.
