Kazakh Senators Ratified CIS Agreement in Field of Scientific and Technical Cooperation

On 20 January 2022, the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the chairmanship of Speaker of the chamber Maulen Ashimbayev, considered and adopted the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Creation and Use of Reference Standards for Composition and Properties of Substances and Materials.
According to the press service of the Senate, the document allows Kazakh suppliers of goods, works and services to use interstate standard samples included in the Register without additional testing or research when exporting to state parties to this Agreement.
